Vision is a very important one of the senses for many people. Unfortunately, impaired vision is quite common in the United States. This is why it is negative that there is an inequality in those who have access to and use proper eye care. This article, written by Sophia Paessens, explores one of the main disparities in eye care in the United States, and how it could potentially be resolved. A very prominent part of many people’s lives is something they may not think too often about; their eyesight.
